About C.E. Chef Mines

C.E. Chef Mines was professionally trained at the Baltimore's International Culinary, graduated in the class of 1981. He completed his chef's apprenticeship 5 years later and became a Certified Professional Working Chef with an International Cuisine and Business degree. Chef Mines has had the honor to cook for four of Maryland's governors as well as a host of world famous celebrities, including movie stars and musicians Cab Callaway, Dizzy Gillespie, Ella Fitzgerald, Lena Horne, and Mickey Rooney.

With over 35 years of professional cookery under his belt, Chef Mines has cooked just about everything under the sun. With years of practice he has also learned to work within a client or employer's budget to produce an event that becomes a memory, for a lifetime.
